WinFixer is a new virus/spyware making the rounds.
Most anti-virus/spyware programs are not able to remove it. I expect Microsoft's Antispyware, Ad-Aware, SpyBot and most anti-virus programs to have removal capabilites in the next week or two.
Meanwhile here are two different ways to remove it now:
