Google has announced their web page builder. It is currently in beta test so use at your own risk but it looks pretty damn easy to use. Your web page is stored on their computers.
This is neat but a day late and a dollar short I think. There are many other build your own web site programs like MySpace. Microsoft's Office Live page seems to offer more functionality.
